PEMA ACS Linked on 145.44 MHz DMR

As PEMA has indicated that the PEMA ACS Brandmaster talkgroup (31420) will be used for DMR communications during this weekend’s storm, this talkgroup has been static linked (full-time)on the 145.440 MHz repeater (color code 1, slot 2) until early next week.
