It is with heavy hearts we mourn the loss of our friend and founding member, Paul Byers – N3LQE.
Paul was a founder of WEARS and instrumental in establishing our organization’s presence. He will be missed by us all here at the Westmoreland Emergency Amateur Radio Service. Both as a friend, and as a bubbly personality on the airwaves or not.
